What services do you provide?

For most packages, a 20% deposit is due at the time of signature. Everything will be stipulated in your contract and discussed in our initial meeting. The remaining balances are typically due at time of product delivery. Payments can be made via physical check, Venmo, PayPal, or Apple Pay, with an agreed upon method stipulated in our agreement. Supplemental payments may occur for cancellations, add ons, revisions. etc.

What happens if I need to cancel

I offer photography, videography, and website + brand design services in a variety of packages for personal and professional use.

How does payment work?

If you cancel within 14 days of the scheduled shoot without rescheduling for a time that occurs within 30 days of the missed shoot, your balance will need to be paid in full immediately. You should email me as soon as possible explaining the circumstance. Any rescheduling results in a $50 dollar payment.

Do I have to sign an agreement?

Yes, a signed agreement by you and me is how we stay accountable and protected. The agreement will serve as our north star for expectations, policies, payments, and product delivery.

Are intro meetings free?

All introductory meetings are free to decide if we're a good fit. Design + brainstorming meetings are included in the chosen package.
